Pam is a Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Winchester Business School. She is a portfolio entrepreneur and a former venture capitalist, specialising in early stage biotech and renewable energy. Specialist areas include strategic growth, expansion and turnaround of entrepreneurial start-ups, gender entrepreneuring and entrepreneurship pedagogy.
Pam is involved in numerous business finance and entrepreneurial networks and as a fellow of the Higher Education Academy she works closely with industry on experimental approaches to developing the entrepreneurial mind-sets, skills and potential of undergraduates and women’s led businesses.
Stella has been at the University of Winchester since April, 2006 and became Director for Employer Partnerships in 2010. As Director for Employer Partnerships, Stella is responsible for leading the University’s Business Engagement Strategy and Higher and Degree Apprenticeship Strategy. In this capacity she has developed a number of employer-led degrees, including the highly successful University of Winchester and CGI Sponsored Degree Programme and more recently led in the development of the University of Winchester’s portfolio of Degree Apprenticeship Programmes.
Stella’s current role is to lead in the implementation of the University Apprenticeship Strategy including to support development of wider degree apprenticeship provision. This includes working with a wide range of partners, such as the local LEP, Councils and FE colleges to ensure future provision meets skills demand and growth in the region. As an advocate of business-led programmes she works closely with a number of Trailblazer groups including The Tech Partnership, CMI and the HE Trailblazer Group in supporting the development of Degree Apprenticeship Standards.
With over 30 years of experience in education first in a Further Education college and now with the University of Winchester Stella is passionate about enabling the development of progression pathways. Stella’s research interests are work-based learning and employability and she has presented papers with employers which demonstrate innovation in learning and teaching, including the embedding of apprenticeships into employer-led degrees.

David is a local Test Valley Borough councillor, who holds the Economic Development and Tourism Portfolio.
He joined Test Valley in 1995 and continued his career in business, having worked for the BBC as a studio engineer on BBC Breakfast as well as for local companies within the Television and broadcast equipment manufacturing industry.
David started work in industry at British Aerospace in an engineering capacity. He was involved with aircraft re-manufacture (MiG-21) for the Egyptian Air Force as well as more strategic projects for the Royal Navy.
Subsequent to moving to Andover in 1984, David was involved in technical sales to countries around the world, including the United States, Europe, India, Jordan, UAE, Bahrain, Singapore and Brazil. He was also hands on delivering an IT infrastructure project to Christchurch Borough Council.
David is Chairman of Governors at a County special school as well as a trustee for an Independent school in Andover. With a keen interest in education, he serves on the Hampshire Schools Forum. He was previously a councillor on Hampshire County Council as well as Andover Town Council. David is also a trustee for the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance and served 6 years in the Royal Auxiliary Air Force.

David joined Barclays in 1988 starting his banking career at the Andover branch. By 1999 he was Support Team Leader for a group of circa 25 Corporate Staff (mainly RSMs) across 3 sites in Hampshire / Berkshire which gave a great insight into Leadership and collaboration.
Since 2005 he has enjoyed fulfilling the RD role in a number of guises across the Thames Valley and currently has a busy portfolio of 55 customers who either have turnover > £6.5million or debt > £1million. One of the most positive aspects of Barclays Bank at present is the evolution of micro-markets and David is currently involved across 4 medium sized towns namely Andover, Basingstoke, Newbury & Winchester.

Roya has been a coach and consultant, providing tailored support, helping businesses with their strategy and delivery to maximise revenue, productivity and profit. She also uses a range of innovation tools to provide a frame work for businesses to develop an innovative culture.
As a senior manager Roya’s experience and expertise comes from a career working for some of the top media houses in the UK including Reed Elsevier and Emap. As Sales Director across both B2C and B2B publications she was responsible for taking brands offline to a digital platform, performance management, leading and working with Board Directors to develop new product strategies and investment, whilst also being responsible for key stakeholders and advertisers. She successfully developed strategies and delivered profit targets, and increases in market share.
Roya is a great believer that success comes from driving a proactive culture throughout the whole organisation, starting with strong leadership. Her personal values include enthusiasm, passion, championing innovation, creativity and collaboration with Universities, businesses, and corporates.
