August 2002 - Pimms Party

Pimms in the Sunshine Over 30 members, partners and friends gathered at Jane O'Kelly's house - on what must have been one of the best summer evenings this year - for a Pimms Party. The weather, along with Jane's beautiful garden was the perfect setting for this informal evening. The flowers were in full bloom and with the wonderful colours and various fragrances a tranquil feeling seemed to be everywhere.

More Pimms anyone? Along with the never ending supply of Pimms, which as ably supplied by Jane's husband Kieron, were some mouthwatering canapés to tickle the taste buds.

It was a wonderful evening and The Pimms Party, now in its second year, is likely to become a firm favourite for the Club, providing members with an occasion when their partners can be included.
